No10. Beach Rooms offers beautifully simple sea view rooms. All our rooms are available on ROOM ONLY basis, some with balconies but all have stunning views of the bay rain or shine.

Why Room Only? The honest answer, is if like us you don't want to wake up relaxed to rush down to breakfast at the hoteliers convenience,  we've smashed up the avocado a bit so you can eat different every day. You choose when you get up, no rushing and there really is a great choice locally. Take a stroll down the beach? Have a breakfast BBQ, Try the Shack run by Tony and his wife or Franx Lifestyle Cafe, a few mins walk away alternatively a short drive try Mediteraneo in town. 


All rooms have a small fridge and tea and coffee so you can still get that caffeine hit if you need it first thing. We also include some tasty biscuits.

From all of our balcony and seafront rooms you will have a 180 degree panoramic view of Tor Bay and in all its glory - from the surrounding sandy beaches, to the infamous Paignton Pier across to Torquay's Princess Theatre and Harbour. 


Whether here for relaxation or business, we are one of the very few true seafront locations blessed with direct beach access, limited free parking, incredible views whatever the weather. Whether you're here for some water sport adventures, walking scenic costal path routes close by or just some relaxing we have it all.


From the very well known Thatcher's Rock in the distance to the left, all the way to berry head on the right, known for being the coastal headland that forms the southern boundary of Torbay. Our views and location are perfect for those to enjoy the great outdoors from the comfort of your room, to first hand experience on the scenic paths closely available.

Beautifully Simple Rooms

All our Beach Rooms are simple, uncluttered and comfortable.   

 they come with fresh pressed white linen with cosy duvets and fluffy pillows. Most have the latest ROKU smart TV's for streaming.

 

 All have fridges, and the customary Tea and Coffee. You can order robes, additional water, fresh milk or soft drinks.
